While COO of Pegasus Logistics Group, Mr. Snyder led a team that achieved annual growth of more than 35% for three (3) consecutive years while improving net profit by more than 300%; increased revenue from existing customers more than 25% while garnering the respect of the company’s stakeholders. Mr. Snyder organized recruiting and on-boarding strategy, implementation and performance plans for more than 100 new employees; established leadership development processes; and created award-winning company marketing initiatives and won the Dallas Business Journal’s coveted “Best Places to Work” award for two (2) consecutive years. Mr. Snyder also transformed Pegasus’ culture to one of sales and results focus; led sales managers in establishing strategy, tactics, plans, and management processes; created award winning company marketing.
Prior to Pegasus, Mr. Snyder was Managing Director of Organizational Solutions for Franklin Covey Co./Covey Leadership Center where he was responsible for leading sales, operations and marketing to large corporate customers. From 1989-1992, Mr. Snyder was with the National Football League where he served as Player, Quarterback, for the Chicago Bears.
